Shipping costs depend on the volume of your order. If you order goods for a whole truck (30 pallets and a total weight of 22 tons) your costs will be low. We use the services of major Turkish transport companies that give the best prices for freight transport throughout Europe.
If your order is less than a whole truck, we use the services of groupage transport. Then the transport costs are higher.

We only accept advance payments. For new customers we accept 50% advance payment after we have issued a proforma invoice. When your order is ready for transport, we require the remaining 50% of the payment. After the third order we demand 30% advance payment and 70% additional payment when your products are ready for transport. For each order we provide all the necessary documents for import of products.

The delivery time of your orders depends from the busy time at the border crossings where the truck will pass, and if you use sea transport it depends from the busy time in ports.

When you make an advance payment for products that are in Turkey, your payment is protected by the laws of Turkey. Our company is a member of the Association of Turkish Exporters, which further protects the good policies for exporting products from Turkey. Our company also works with banking instruments that can additionally be a protection for your payments.

You need to contact us first. We need to specify what products are of interest to you. If we have in stock the products you are interested in, you will receive an offer according to the current prices for the week. When we receive confirmation from you of an offer we have sent you, we issue a pro forma invoice on which you must pay an advance payment within 3 days of its issuance.

You receive an invoice for your products WITHOUT VAT. Many companies in Turkey charge VAT when they export products from Turkey. We offer our customers products without VAT.
